Berkembangnya industri teknologi membawa pengaruh besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Teknologi dan informasi yang semakin canggih dan mudah diakses membuat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih efektif dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang konkrit. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Revolusi Industri 4.0 terhadap kemampuan literasi informasi dan teknologi tenaga pendidik dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan mengajar. Sehingga diharapkan pendidik dapat mengambil sisi positif dari kemajuan Revolusi Industri masa kini serta mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi sebagai media pembelajaran untuk peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Library Research (Tinjauan Literatur) dengan mengumpulkan bahan penelitian melalui jurnal-jurnal, buku, artikel ilmiah, dan data dari media massa dengan menguraikannya. Berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa perubahan besar bagi tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan khususnya dalam literasi informasi dan teknologi.The development of the technology industry has had a major impact on the world of education. Technology and information that are increasingly sophisticated and easily accessible make teaching and learning activities more effective and provide concrete learning experiences. This article aims to determine the effect of the industrial revolution 4.0a on the information and technology literacy abilities of educators in carrying out teaching activities. So it is hoped that educators can take the positive side of the progress of today's industrial revolution and be able to utilize technology and information as learning media for students. The research method used is Library Research (Literature Review) by collecting research materials through journals, books, scientific articles, and data from the mass media by describing them. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the industrial revolution 4.0 brought major changes for educators to improve their abilities, especially in information and technology literacy.
