PTK which was held at SDN 004 Batu Sopang. The subjects studied in several cycles were class VI students, with a total of 13 students, while the objects studied were activities and learning outcomes. Data collection through observation and tests. Data analysis techniques use mode, percentage, and average.l. Learning outcomes in Statistics Materials are still relatively low. KKM percentage of students is still below. This PTK aims to find out whether learning the Talking Chips Model can improve learning outcomes in Statistics Materials. The implementation of repairs is carried out in 2 cycles. Cycle I was held on May 3. Cycle II was held on May 10, 2023. Prior to the research, student learning outcomes were still very low, after Class Action Research, in cycle I students with learning outcomes reaching KKM 70 were 3 students (21%). Cycle II increased sufficiently to 12 students (93%) having reached above KKM 70. It can be concluded that the Talking Chips Model in Statistics Materi can improve student learning outcomes.PTK yang dilaksanakan di SDN 004 Batu Sopang. Subyek yang diteliti pada beberapa siklus ialah siswa kelas VI, dengan jumlah siswa 13 siswa, sedangkan objek yang diteliti yaitu aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Pengambilan data melalui observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan modus, persentase, dan rata-rata.l. Hasil belajar Pada Materi Statistika masih tergolong rendah. Persentase KKM siswa masih dibawah. PTK ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran Model Talking Chips dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Materi Statistika. Pelaksanaan perbaikan dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Siklus I dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Mei. Siklus II dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Mei 2023. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian, hasil belajar siswa masih sangat rendah, setelah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, pada siklus I siswa dengan hasil belajar mencapai KKM 70 sebanyak 3 siswa (21%). Siklus II meningkat cukup menjadi 12 siswa (93%) telah mencapai diatas KKM 70. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model talking Chips Pada Materi Statistika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
