ABSTRAKTujuan dari pembelajaran percobaan ini ialah peningkatkan dari hasil akhir belajar siswa untuk pelajaran matematika menggunakan metode demonstrasi secara pemberian contoh-contoh soal latihan penjumlahan pecahan. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di SD negeri 1 Pedamaran kelas V sebanyak 21 anak didik. Penggunaan cara digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi, peneliti melakukan proses pembelajaran menggunakan 4 fase antara lain seperti pada siklus 1 dan ada siklus II yaitu : ada rencana, melaksanakan, diamatin, refleksi atau interaksi (antara guru dan siswa). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 silklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 menggunakan metode demonstrasi dengan pemberian contoh soal dibuku paket siswa mendaptkan hasil belajar siswa dengan rentang nilai antara 51-75 hanya 38 % , sedangakan pembelajaran pada siklus 2 pemberian contoh-contoh soal yang dibuat oleh guru dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi membuat siswa lebih aktif karena tertarik dalam pembelajaran dan mudah diphami oleh siswa sehingga hasil belajar siswa yang nilainya antara 51-75 81%. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2 sebesar 43%. Maka dapat disimpukan bahwa pemberian contoh-contoh yang dibuat oleh guru melalui metode demonstrasi bisa penaikan nilai dari hasil belajar anak didik untuk bidang studi matematika bagian penjumlahan pecahan di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pedamaran. The research activity was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Pedamaran class V as many as 21 students. The method used is the demonstration method, the researcher carries out the learning process using 4 phases, including as in cycle 1 and there is cycle II, namely: there is a plan, implementing, observing, reflecting or interacting (between teachers and students). This research was conducted for 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The results of the research in cycle 1 used the demonstration method by giving examples of questions in the student's book package to get student learning outcomes with a range of values between 51-75 only 38%, while learning in cycle 2 giving examples of questions made by the teacher using the demonstration method made students more active because they are interested in learning and easily understood by students so that student learning outcomes whose scores are between 51-75 81%. Increased student learning outcomes from cycle 1 and cycle 2 by 43%.
