ABSTRAK Natuna merupakan salah satu kabupaten dengan tingkat keberagaman potensi wisata yang sangat beragam, akan tetapi belum semuanya mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah daerah , pengembangan destinasi wisata tersebut belum dilakukan secara merata dan tertata, hal ini tentunya membutuhkan berbagai strategi untuk dapat menarik perhatian pengunjung di wisata tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan data primer, atau turun langsung turun kelapangan, dan data sekundér melalui jurnal, laporan, dokumen atau arsip-arsip lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Titik permasalahan dalam jurnal ini yaitu dari segi, 1).peningkatan kualitas wisata, 2). Tingkat keterjangkauan wisata, 3). Kualitas SDM, 4). Dan pengelolaan wisata. Dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu adanya strategi yang baik, agar adanya dorongan wisatawan untuk berkunjung, adanya faktor pendorong dapat dijadikan patokan utama dalam peningkatan strategi pengembangan tersebut, seperti akses transportasi seni dan kebudayaan langka, keindahan alam yang tiada duanya. Untuk meningkatkan strategi tersebut perlu adanya kontribusi dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat setempat dalam memperhatikan kondisi objek wisata tersebut, agar pengembangan tersebut bisa merata dan maju, selain itu perlu adanya pelatihan atau pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola.ABSTRACK Natuna is one of the districts with very diverse levels of tourism potential, but not all of them have received special attention from the local government, the development of these tourist destinations has not been carried out evenly and in an orderly manner, this certainly requires various strategies to be able to attract the attention of visitors to these tours. . The method in this study is a qualitative research method, with primary data, or directly descended from the field, and secondary data through journals, reports, documents or other archives related to research. The problem point in this journal is in terms of, 1). increasing the quality of tourism, 2). The level of affordability of tourism, 3). HR Quality, 4). And tourism management. In solving this problem, a good strategy is needed, so that there is an incentive for tourists to visit, there are driving factors that can be used as the main benchmark in improving this development strategy, such as access to transportation, rare art and culture, natural beauty that is second to none. To improve this strategy, it is necessary to have contributions from the government and the local community in paying attention to the condition of these tourist objects, so that the development can be equitable and advanced, besides that there is a need for training or coaching carried out by managers.
