Abstract

ABSTRAKKemajuan perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja pegawai di dalam perusahaan itu sendiri.Banyaknya keluhan dari konsumen menandakan kinerja Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum PancaMahottama semakin hari semakin kurang maksimal. Kinerja pegawai yang kurang maksimal didugadipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan sikap profesionalisme pegawai. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah memaparkan hasil analisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kecerdasan emosional danprofesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai Perumda Air Minum Panca Mahottama. Desain penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahpegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Panca Mahottama Kabupaten Klungkung yangberjumlah 61 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dapat digunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis datayang digunakan adalah uji instumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisiskoefisien determinasi, analisis statistik uji F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja,kecerdasan emosional, dan profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsialterhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Panca Mahottama KabupatenKlungkung.ABSTRACTThe progress of the company is greatly influenced by the performance of employees within the companyitself. The number of complaints from consumers indicates that the performance of Regional PublicWater Company Panca Mahottama is getting less than optimal day by day. Employee performance thatis less than optimal is thought to be influenced by work motivation, emotional intelligence, and employeeprofessionalism. The purpose of this study was to present the results of the analysis of the influence ofwork motivation, emotional intelligence and professionalism on the performance of employees ofPerumda Air Drinking Panca Mahottama. The research design used in this research is quantitativeresearch. The sample in this study were employees of the Panca Mahottama Water Supply Company,Klungkung Regency, totaling 61 people. Determination of sample size can be used slovin formula. Thedata analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, statistical analysis of F and t tests. The resultsshowed that work motivation, emotional intelligence, and work professionalism had a significantsimultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at the Panca Mahottama Regional PublicWater Supply Company, Klungkung Regency.
