This research aimed to discover the kinds and meanings of figurative language in Bon Jovi's Song Lyrics: I'll Be There for You. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. The data analyzed focused on the figurative language's kinds and meanings. The result of this research showed that there are three kinds of figurative language in the song lyric I’ll be There for You. After being analyzed, the researcher found personification, hyperbole, and metaphor.
