ABSTRACTCurrently, many industries in the field of marketing are attempting to expand their talents in the field of technology such as market intelligence research, market planning, marketing programs, and connections with the community as well as the customer itself. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, a quantitative method was applied by sending questionnaires to respondents. The traditional assumption test approach, partial statistical test, simultaneous statistical test, and coefficient of determination test are all employed. As a result, the facility variable has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The element of service quality also has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, changeable amenities and service quality have a substantial impact on customer happiness and loyalty.ABSTRAKSaat ini banyak industry bidang perbankan saling berusaha untuk mengembangkan keterampilannya dalam bidang teknologi seperti pada penelitian informasi dipasaran, perencanaan yang akan dilakukan, program pemasarannya, juga hubungan dengan masyarakat sebagai pelanggan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh facilities dan service quality terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Pendekatan kuantitaif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik parsial, uji statistik simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasilnya yaitu variable facilities memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Lalu variable service quality juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Dan secara simultan variable facilities dan service quality memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah.
